All products sold by The Moth Forge are handmade and crafted using natural materials, including full-grain and vegetable-tanned leather.
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
Each item is unique.
Natural variations in colour, grain, texture, markings, and finish may occur.
Product photographs are provided for illustration purposes only.
Minor variations between the product shown and the product received are not considered defects.
Leather is a natural material and may develop character, patina, and wear over time.
4. Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
All information provided is accurate and complete.
You are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

Products become unavailable.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

As many products are handmade to order, production times may vary.
Estimated production times displayed on the website are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays caused by supply issues, courier services, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.
8. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the stated processing time.
Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of goods remains with The Moth Forge until full payment has been received.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect address information may be charged to the customer.
9. International Orders
Customers purchasing from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for:

Import taxes
Local VAT or sales taxes
Customs clearance fees
These charges are not included in our prices unless explicitly stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

The statutory cancellation right does not apply to:

Personalised products
Bespoke commissioned work
Once work has commenced on a custom or personalised order, cancellation may not be possible.
Please ensure all personalisation details are accurate before placing your order.
12. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Where a product is found to be faulty or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

13. Product Care
Leather is a natural material requiring appropriate care.
To prolong the life of your product:
Avoid prolonged exposure to water.
Store in a dry environment.
Keep away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
Use suitable leather care products when necessary.
Normal wear, patina development, scratches, and natural ageing are characteristics of genuine leather and are not manufacturing defects.
14. Lifetime Guarantee
Where a product is advertised as carrying a "Lifetime Guarantee", this guarantee covers defects in workmanship under normal use.
The guarantee does not cover:
Accidental damage
Misuse
Neglect
Improper storage
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic ageing of leather
Unauthorised modifications or repairs
Any guarantee claim must be assessed by The Moth Forge before a repair, replacement, or alternative remedy is offered.
Nothing in this guarantee affects your statutory consumer rights.

is the property of The Moth Forge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
